This is an agreement between students/clients and Pattie Miles Entertainment. Please read this agreement carefully to ensure that you understand each provision.
The information for all courses is for educational and informational purposes only and is made available to you as a self-help tool for your own use. Private Facebook Groups: PATTIE MILES ENTERTAINMENT CLAIMS NO OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OVER USER CONTENT CREATED BY YOU. THE USER CONTENT YOU CREATE REMAINS YOURS. However, you understand that certain portions of the Service may allow other Users to view, edit, share, and/or otherwise interact with your User Content. By providing or sharing User Content through the Service, you agree to allow others to view, edit, share, and/or interact with your User Content in accordance with your settings and this Agreement. Pattie Miles Entertainment has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to remove any User Content that is shared via the Service.
If you engage in any disruptive, abusive, racist, homophobic, or misogynistic actions toward Pattie Miles or her students online or in-person you will be removed from the course without warning or notice.
In addition, under penalty of law, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities online or in-person: copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of this course in any medium or using the course for any commercial solicitation or personal income purposes.
By paying for and using these courses, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
