By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any offering from Artistic Clarity, including courses, Studio Weeks, 1:1 sessions, and community spaces, you agree to the terms outlined here.
These terms are provided to create clarity, structure, and mutual respect.
2. Educational Use
All material provided through Artistic Clarity is for educational and informational purposes only.
It is offered as a tool for your creative practice and personal reflection.
Artistic Clarity does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
If you require support in these areas, please consult a licensed professional.
Any physical activity inspired by this work is undertaken at your own discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, including written content, exercises, frameworks, and recordings, are the property of Artistic Clarity.
Materials are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, teach, resell, or repurpose this work in any form.
This structure protects the integrity of the work and the experience of those inside it.
4. Your Contributions
Any content you share within community spaces remains yours.
However, by sharing it, you understand that:
Others may read, respond to, or reference your contributions.
The space is communal and not private or confidential.
Artistic Clarity reserves the right to remove content that disrupts the clarity or safety of the space. Content removal decisions are made at the discretion of the Artistic Clarity team, with consideration for the community's well-being. When possible, participants will be notified if their content is removed and provided with a brief explanation. Participants may reply to the notification to request clarification or to appeal a removal, and each appeal will be considered in good faith by the team.
5. Community Conduct
You are expected to participate with a baseline of respect.
You may be removed from any offering or space if you engage in:
abusive or disruptive behavior, harassment, or intimidation
racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, or discriminatory actions. This boundary is firm. When possible, you will receive a warning before your account is removed. In situations that compromise the community's well-being or safety, immediate removal may occur without prior notice. If your participation is removed, you will be notified and offered the opportunity to request clarification or appeal the decision. Each appeal will be considered by the Artistic Clarity team in good faith.
6. Access & Removal
Artistic Clarity may revoke access at its discretion.
If access is revoked due to conduct, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining payment obligations remain in place.
7. Payment
By purchasing an offering, you agree to complete payment in full or according to your selected payment plan.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
8. Refund Policy
All digital offerings—including courses, workshops, Studio Weeks, and downloadable materials—are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes partial use or change of mind.
For live offerings:
Inability to attend does not qualify for a refund.

If Artistic Clarity cancels or reschedules an event, appropriate accommodations will be made.
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at the company's sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances are defined as serious medical emergencies, documented serious illness, or other significant and unforeseeable events that directly prevent your participation and are supported by documentation. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us with relevant details as soon as possible. Each request will be considered individually.
9. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Access may be paused or revoked if payments are not fulfilled.
Outstanding balances remain due.
10. No Guarantees
Artistic Clarity does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or income.
The work provides structure and support for your creative practice.
What unfolds from that practice will vary.
11. WhatsApp & Community Spaces
These spaces exist to support your work and attention.
You are welcome to speak.
You are welcome to remain quiet.
Both participation and observation are valued here.
Orientation
Stay close to your own practice.
Speak directly and with care.
Offer witnessing and encouragement.
Read before responding.
Return when you can.
Boundaries
No promotion, selling, or teaching outside the curriculum
No sharing in ways that overwhelm the space
Do not post while under the influence.
Keep voice notes under two minutes.
Repair
If something lands incorrectly:
Say “oops” if you caused harm.
Say “ouch” if something affected you.
Repair is expected.
